No. fewofy works remotely. Your smartphone is enough for photos — we handle the rest. For voice agents we only need one briefing call to capture house rules, tips and escalation rules.

Do you take commissions on bookings?

No. fewofy only earns from setup fees and monthly maintenance or subscription fees. Bookings via your website or voice agent go 1:1 to you — no platform commission, no hidden share.

Where is fewofy based?

Germany-based team, working remotely. We respond the same day, talk on the phone in person and won't send you a ticket number instead of an answer.

Recommended, because we integrate Smoobu's booking widget cleanly into all three paths. Not strictly required — on request we set up without a channel manager, then you handle booking logic manually.

What does 'custom' mean compared to Wix?

A custom website is an actual development build with Next.js — not a no-code builder. You get maximum performance (Lighthouse 95+), full design freedom, no platform lock-in, and the ability to integrate any custom function (voice agent widget, AI chat, custom booking logic). The trade-off: more effort and higher one-time cost.

Will my guests realise they're talking to AI?

Yes. The agent transparently identifies itself as an AI assistant at the start of every call. On request, the call is forwarded to you or an emergency hotline at any time — we don't hide it.

The agent detects emergency keywords (water damage, power outage, medical emergency) and escalates automatically. You get a push notification or a call straight away — depending on how you set it up.

For website copy and blog articles, SEO optimisation is included — keywords, structure, meta descriptions. For platform listings (Smoobu, Airbnb, Booking) classic SEO is less relevant; we optimise for platform mechanics and conversion there.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue. Setup packages and monthly fees stay stable for the first 12 months; after that we adjust at most for inflation, never arbitrarily.
