fewofy is now an official Smoobu partner

We're a certified Smoobu partner from now on — what that concretely means for you as a host.

It's official: fewofy is from now on a certified Smoobu partner agency. For us this is an important step, for you as a customer mostly a practical one.

Over the past years we've set up Smoobu with dozens of hosts, optimised it, and connected it to websites. That experience is now formally recognised — with shorter paths, faster ticket handling on the Smoobu side, and a direct line when something specific comes up.

What concretely changes

Three things you'll feel directly as a customer:

1. Faster onboarding. We have a direct channel to Smoobu support. When something snags during setup — a fussy Booking.com integration, an unusual channel configuration, an API question — we get answers in hours instead of days.

2. More confidence on complex setups. Multiple languages, multi-property arrangements, unusual price structures — we can ask about Smoobu's roadmap before selling you something that's obsolete in two months.

3. Better Smoobu pricing for you. As a partner agency we can often set up Smoobu plans for our customers at preferred conditions. We pass that 1:1 — we earn from our setup work, not from your Smoobu subscription.

What does not change

We remain technology-neutral. Smoobu is the right call for many of our customers — but not all.

If you want a custom website without platform lock-in, we build it. If Wix Studio fits your setup better — we do that too, as a certified Wix partner via our partner agency Einblick Digital. The Smoobu partnership doesn't mean we push everything towards Smoobu; it means we now deliver the Smoobu path even more cleanly.

Why Smoobu specifically

We deliberately picked the Smoobu partnership because Smoobu fits our audience:

  • Small to medium hosts in the DACH region — i.e. our customers.
  • Fair pricing without booking commission — fits our commission-free model.
  • Independent booking website built in — we can use Smoobu as a direct-booking system without a detour.
  • German company, German support, German legal context — relevant for GDPR, DPA, and tax.

Other tools have other strengths. Hostaway is powerful for 50+ properties. Beds24 is cheap but maintenance-heavy. Lodgify is pretty but pricier in the multi-channel range. We know all of them — and recommend Smoobu when it matches the size.
