EU AI Act · Transparency
AI labelling — automatic and EU-compliant.
From August 2, 2026 the EU AI Act (Article 50) requires a visible marker on AI-generated or AI-edited images. We add a discreet „AI-generated" pill to the bottom-left corner of every edited image — styled like the modern content-disclosure badges from Google or Meta. Enabled by default, disable in the studio with a single click if you handle labelling on your side.
- Visible marker baked into the image — no after-processing required on your side.
- On by default — you publish AI-Act-ready without configuration overhead.
- Optional toggle in the studio (e.g. when you maintain AI labels in your own DAM).
Note: this covers the visible-marker requirement from Art. 50 AI Act. Machine-readable watermarks (C2PA and similar) ship as soon as the final EU technical standard lands.
