    Call data is processed solely to operate the voice agent. Clear retention periods, documented deletion duties and access kept to what's strictly necessary — that's our default.

  • EU AI Act: transparently labelled

    Our voice agent meets the transparency obligation from Article 50 of the EU AI Act: guests are clearly informed at the start of every call that they're speaking with an AI. They can request a hand-off to a human at any time.

  • Encrypted processing

    Calls and transcripts are transmitted and stored encrypted. Access is logged and limited to what's strictly necessary.

  • EU server location, where available

    We pick the telephony and AI platform so that data processing stays in the EU — where the provider supports it.
